It’s winter. You look out the window and see big, lazy snowflakes falling, taking their time as if they haven’t a care in the world. It’s cold outside, but you’re sitting by the fire, wrapped in a soft, cozy blanket. And even though it’s January, your colourful Christmas lights are still twinkling away at 3 in the afternoon. There’s only one thing that could possibly make this moment better.
A sweet, homemade cinnamon bun, warm and sticky right out of the oven.
But if you’ve ever made cinnamon buns from scratch, then you know it is a LOT of work. It’s also takes HOURS. Knead the dough, let it rise, punch it down, roll up your buns, let the buns rise again, THEN bake… it’s worth the effort, no doubt, but gee, I wish there was an easier way.
