To Blog, or Not to Blog … The Modern Day Question

  1. This is great, Wendy! Is there an easy way to do this? I’ve come back here to look for things before, and this will make it much easier! :-]

    • An easy way? No. Not that this was OVERLY difficult to do. But as you can see at the top, I can’t get the exact same formatting (spacing between links). But really, aside from aesthetics, all you need to do is create a new page, type out all your posts (that’s where all the work is), and link each one to the appropriate post on your blog (WP even gives you the option of linking directly to your pages as opposed to having to physically go to the post, copy the url, and pasting it in as a link). It’s simple to do, but a bit time consuming. Totally worth it though! Thanks, Frank! I’m glad you like this!

And very sorry for the delay in replying. :- P

      • Oh, not a problem in the delay, Wendy! I understand! :-]

But, ga! (that’s my new “stress” word…), that’s a leeetle bit more than I really wanna do, but okay, thanks. Yikes. Man, you take “Gal Friday” to the UMPF!, whole new level, don’t you! ;-]

      • Ha! Yes, I definitely do! In fact, I did the leg work (or finger work?) for Paul’s Archives page too. And I got the links the hard way — post by post, copying and pasting! ;D

  2. With any other blog, calling the table of contents a “treasury” would be a gross overstatement. Not in your case. I can’t think of a more suitable word. An impressive body of work, Gal Friday!
